LTHT has detailed data on more than 2.8 million patients including all urgent cancer referrals and diagnosis, treatment data on more than 450K patients with cancer. Data from these patients has been placed on the HDR-UK gateway including a cohort with linked primary and secondary/tertiary care data
The Trust is also key member of the Yorkshire and Humber Local Health Care Record Exemplar and works, in close partnership with academic partners at the University of Leeds, towards the safe and secure sharing of health and care information to support clinical care, population health and research.
